toto systems play...need some direction

we're watching sunday nfl football, and have bet the outcome of 13 games on a Toto systems play, through bc lottery....winning means getting 13, 12, or 11 right.....each game can be predicted in one of three ways, or two of three, or three of three...ie, the choice of visitor, tie, or home, or any combination of those.....years ago had brochure from bc lottery which gave number of wins in each category (11, 12, and 13 out of 13), depending how many games were taken as a single, double or triple prediction....would appreciate direction to a site where such info is available...have tried google search and the bclc site without success......thanks.... ....homebrew, low alcohol content......

I've provided below a translation of the used terms.

Broj kombinacija = Number of combinations
Broj fiksnih znakova = Number of single signs (1, or X, or 2)
Broj dvoznaka = Number of doubles (1X, X2, 12)
Broj troznaka = Number of triples (1X2)
Toèno pogoden tip = All correct prediction
Ako nije pogoden jedan dvoznak = If one double is incorrect
Ako nije pogoden jedan fiksni znak = If one single is incorrect
Ako nisu pogodena dva dvoznaka = If two doubles are incorrect
Ako nisu pogodeni jedan dvoznak i jedan fiksni znak = If one double and one single are incorrect
Ako nisu pogodena dva fiksna znaka = If two singles are incorrect
