I know of the existance of a 20-8-5-9 wheel that has a 5if9 guarantee in 16 combinations.
However, I don't know where to get it from.

The program I'm using complains when I try to find a cover for a 20-8 design with a higher guarantee.

So... I can't help you (yet)

I'm just wondering if you have that kind of wheel you guys?
