A theft of the membership database of www.lotto649.ws is occurring.
The person responsible for this activity is the member name "Dennis Bassboss" and from what I have been informed is member name "gsobier" also. This is not just unethical behaviour but a criminal infringement of copyright and proprietal database ownership. Launching legal action against the sources of the theft as well as seeking copyright protection and restitution from the international domains names authorities seems the only resolution.
I will also consider banning any member here who have been solicited from this membership database.
This theft has been attempted before and ironically involved the same members.
I request that any member who has been informed of another lotto themed bulletin board or who has been solicited to join or who has had any correspondence related to this crime, to send me a copy of the correspondence with full headers so that I can provide that information to my lawyer.
