The Stepladder

There was once posted, a website with someone who(on occasion) for several weeks would post our Canadian 6/49.
It would appear as a stepladder. With the most recent numbers at the bottom, the longest non hitting at the top.

Is the site still around?
Is there a name for this type of stacking numbers?
Any programs that do this?
