Super economy wheels

Well, I'm sure you know this place

It has some very nice economy and super wheels by Robert Perkis and i wonder how do you build those wheels? a 93.4% 4/6 wheel, for example ?

I've thought about taking a full wheel and randomly eliminating a few lines, but it doesn't seem "Scientific" enough to me .....

Use a wheel generator program like CoverMaster (see Free Stuff below), or if you have Excel then Nick's LottoDesignerXL is another great way, do a search on this BB for a download link.
