No not yet...The Lotto corporation must return to the players a certain sum...But what they do is that they keep it for a while(earning on the interests)
When the return to players is not obtained and it goes over a % of pay back ...The laws in this country oblige them to proceed with these bonus draws or any other ways where the money will go back to players...
But the lotto Offices in Canada are a safe haven for crooks
of all kinds...And who determine the sanctions if they don't comply to the rules...
The government...An even bigger safe haven for crooks
of all kinds...
We should have bonus draws around mid November /early december...
You're right about the lotto offices being a safe haven for crooks. I remember two years ago when I had the opportunity to take a tour of Spielo in Moncton alone, a place that makes video gambling games. When I arrived, I had to wait in their waiting room for half an hour, then I was escorted by
three, not one, but three reps who walked me around. I was also extremely limited to what I was allowed to look at. They regard anyone from outside their environment as a possible crook. But then again, a video gambling company in Atlantic Canada would need to take these precautions as everyone's mother and dog in the region would want to know how to beat the system, emotionally.
