Sheba or Beaker

What's does "Beaker's law" state about selecting a particular number that has made consecutive appearances? Can you expand for a curious newbie. TIA

just a thought--- I sometimes run some quick picks then see what numbers the machines picks for me and try to make some combos out of them on antoher ticket etc.
if the retailer machines use the same system to pick numbers as the main machine does the hit and miss theory go for all those boards picked too. if it does " MON" you were right on those 1- 15 numbers. I have 10 - 8 number combos quick pics giving me 30 setts of numbers on which 10 sets have 4 or more numbers between 1-15 not counting many others with 2 or 3 in that range. a lot of pairs or tripples and
one has a 2,3,4,5, and 8,9,10, 11 and SHEBA your 36 and 44 show up a few times too.
besides the 8 # combos I have 25 free plays from previous draws that have another 11 sets of numbers with 4 between 1- 15 and 5 with #'s between 1-15 and 1 with 6 in that range so I sure hope you are right on that one. I am not going to hold my breath until Friday night waitng, I want to have a clear mind watching those low numbers raise my bank account. :chug: :goodluck: to everyone .

Super 7 and 6/49 are drawn with a ball machine while each terminal uses a pseudo-random number generator for the Quick Picks. Players in Ontario and Western Canada need to complain to the lottery corporations about being forced to accept at least two Quick Picks for each ticket.

The Feb. 27 draw order was:
17, 3, 23, 24, 45, 7, 32, then bonus 11.

Does Beaker or anybody else here do cluster analysis? It is an advanced method where you look at numbers that are consistently drawn one after the other. One expert suggests that if a cluster appears 15 times or more in 100 six-ball draws, it is significant. Any clusters that occur after the raw draw order have been sorted into an ascending order have no meaning and should be ignored.

No cluster analysis - I've thought about it but don't have any multivariate stats packages

What I have done is ex post/ex ante forecasting with time series

I knew that they use balls for the draw but just forgot when I got that idea, of course a computer generated set of numbers would not follow the same patterns as balls.
I guess you got to have balls to do a good job:D
that could open a whole new can of worms

as to having to accept a quick pic as the second set of numbers!
on our western 649. I wouldn't play it if we only got one set for a buck, when you can get better prizes with 649, but I do wish we could pick that second set ourselves. I quess the same goes with super 7. It is always interesting to see what numbers the computor generates to play with what I pick. there has been many times when I didn't win on my numbers but won on the quick pics.:dang: hate that when that happens.
