Yup, that is pretty wild, but still within probability, unless there are a hell of a lot more 8's & 0's in picks before, and soon to follow, then yeah somethin would seem fishy to me.

Sometimes I suspect that pick3 draw programs contain "random" routines or "algorithms" which contain subroutines to periodically make certain digits "sticky" for a short while. That would burn most people checkin the past draw, or many playin probabilities...so the state could rake in more revenue.
