Someone ask on this forum where is everyone? I can only speak for myself, I'm in shock after the holidays. I'm in gas schock, My credit card interest rate is going up, did anyone ask my permission to raise it?
Property taxes are suppose to be going up three times more, I'm still in shock.
I will be filing income taxes soon. Maybe, after I recover from the shock of the taxes, It will be spring, and I'll go fishing. Yea, yea, that's what I'll do, play lottery, go fishing, sleepy Yep, a new year 2008, and a new start in the springtime.

Yup, that is much of what keeps me goin...if numbers don't bite, surely some sorta fishies will!

You are in North Carolina right? I'm in southern California, so I have the luxury of goin fishin pretty much whenever I want to...I can walk down the street to the beach to surf fish, if I'm too impatient to wait for the weekend to head up north a bit to the piers or harbor.

Blitzed your mother is from Goldsboro, I live in a small town north of Goldsboro. I can get to Goldsboro in 20 minutes. My husband is from this area. My home is a small town that borders the Virginia line in North Carolina.

actually both of my grandfathers were Navy men, and also worked along the harbor in a shipyard after the Navy...so yup I've definately got fishin in my blood
