It has an interesting factor: 4 numbers (quad) repeat in 5 or 6 lines. If 2 of them hit it's a good strategy. For example #1 and #4 hit in first quad and #14 + #15 hit in last quad. Line 3 has 4 hits and there are more 3 hits.

As 16 numbers are composed by 4 quads, may be this is a good strategy to use those 7 groups of 4 numbers.

When 2 quads hit 2 numbers that can make a good prize...

Then the 12 sets have less % of such a win.
