I have no clue how I'm going to play this one except that I'm going to play 30 this draw and the next few - because it was absent from 36 draws before it played last draw. (I should know - my 2 work lotto groups have been chasing it for 4 draws). The cold number list is so long but the 'played more than once' column is really short'... so I may play in each line one from COL3 two or three from COL2 and two or three from COL1. I may play a few lines using five numbers from COL2 and one number from column #1.
I do know that I might try playing 2 or 3 numbers between 41 and 49 on each line and hope that that's the way it goes. For that matter zero numbers played last draw between 11 and 20 and zero played between 41 and 49.
