ok you can create a list of 500 random draws from pick3, so you can see delays of the 64 delta pairs, delaysx frequencies, then i change the draws to which i will use, type zero
ex 090 can't now below 8 can ex=
080 the pair is 8.8

Well I dont really know whether you are dealing with a full set of deltas or a set following your rules. On your spreadsheet you do not post any examples of a second number less than the first number e.g 523 cannot be allowed using the examples you posted. This list uses the rules you showed, but assumes a second digit can be less than a first digit and third digit can either be more or less than the second digit, zeroes in a pick three not allowed, deltas of zero not allowed. You did not supply clear and complete information in the spreadsheet.

This is how list starts off, forum will not allow the whole lot in this post.

ok, frank, that's correct, great job,
the order does not matter whether it is ascending or not.
goal is to reduce 1000 pick3 by 64 patterns
an example if the delta 5.8 pair is delayed
I will play all the pick3s of this pair.
was thinking of reducing the 1000 possibilities by 64 delta patterns, in a way of reduction
now it remains to simulate some 600 drawings of pick3
to see the delays and frequencies of the 64 pairs of deltas, can you see this? thank you frank

frank, an example if in the last draw pick3 =969 this in the double delta is
3.3, see if this pair is delayed, is just an example, is seeing double delta delays possible?

Well the earlier upload was incomplete, it did not include middle digit less than first digit after all, I uploaded the wrong version. link to that deleted. Your pick 3 example 969 requires the whole 576 combinations which satisfy your rules. Its a sledgehammer to crack a nut, obviously 1,1 and 1,2 and 2,1 and 2,2 are going to be the most frequent delta pairs. This test sheet proves it.
You click a button to generate over 1000 random pick threes from the 576 which pass your rules. Then the skips are measured and tabulated with the frequencies.

I can cross with other positional patterns in pick3, congratulations, the bias to predict is the double delta delay because the deltas serve as filters, of course
