Realistic Hope

Human beings live with hope. We hope that an event occurs when we cannot force it to happen. Usually it is something that is very challenging. Hoping to win the lottery is one of the most dreams, pardon me, hope that many people have. They should have this hope if and only if fairness can be proven in the way the game is played.
Random events seem to be natural events that we cannot predict in a precise manner. No matter what we do we seem to be always wrong in many times. Does this mean that we should not have hope in an appearance of a random event? Probably not. As long as the game or the observed series of events follow natural law we can have hope. The lottery 649 tells us that we can hope to win with a chance of 1 over 14 million. Even if this was 1 over 1 billion we still can hope because it is just not zero (0).
My fear is the human factor. I mean even if the nature allows me to dream, to have hope in giving me a change of 1 over 1 billion, simply said it could happened, the nasty human factor comes and robes me of that hope. It just simply puts my chance to zero (0) in deciding what numbers should come. This means no matter how intelligent, smart I am, the nasty human factor will always destroy what the nature gives me, namely 1 over 1 billion and that is not zero.
All my efforts are vain as long as the human factor exists. If there is a possibility that the human factor exists in the game, then I should not run after the wind.

This forum is specifically for Canadian 6/49 lotto discussion.

Your post does not belong here and is disruptive - don't post on this forum again unless it is Canadian 6/49 specific

Move your rants and raves and other musings to 'Anything Goes' or 'Q & A'

Please, stop cluttering this forum

Thank you.

IMHO

I think you are wasting your time and OUR time by posting stuff of this nature.

This forum was designed to accomodate lottery players (or gamblers in your own wording) like us who wants to discuss and share our opinions and predictions.

There is no way in hell you can sway any of us (certainly NOT me) to give up on this dream as you call it.

I myself would not give up on the hopes that one day I would be a big jackpot winner. I think it would be tonight !!!;)

So if I were you, I would just either stop it all together or put up.

Like they say, "If you can't beat them, join them"......

So what do you say?????

:agree: :wavey:

p.s. Here are my winning numbers for tonight's Super 7 lottery.
01 33 28 12 22 34 47
Why don't you bet on it so you'll join me on Monday at the OLGC toronto office to claim the jackpot??? No pain no gain !!!:beer: :goodluck:

My intent is not to provoke brave lotto players but to ask for more transparency in the game. People should be able at anytime to go to the draw, to check the machine the way it is done in many countries. They should be able to express their concern on the way things are being done. The draw should be public without restriction, that way your hardly earned money will not be wasted.
Wishing you good luck. If your numbers come I will send you $1000 to congratulate you but I am convinced the maximum you can win will be $10. Even if you happen to guess 6 numbers you will win only about $2000 which is a poor earning for the time you spent guessing the numbers. GOOD LUCK

Well, lets say for example that fishing is a kind of hobby, and some people chose to try to catch a fish from some reason instead of buying it in the nearest store…You probably wouldn’t post anything against loosing time and money time at some “How to catch the biggest fish” or such a forum, so it is probably desirable to express your opinions and/or concerns at Q&A or Anything Goes instead here ….

Sure, don't forget that a thread - less lines with more wins - will be also very welcomed....

:goodluck:
