Well Camelot haven't been running lotteries as long as some other companies, especially Canadian ones. They run lotteries effieciently and fairly and provide a reasonable amount of information regarding results and archived info, but their website is obsessed with the playing on line aspect of the game and forgets that many people still buy tickets in stores and want straight forward down to earth information.
So much of the lottophile information like detailed game rules , odds against winning, rules for rollovers and game procedures is deeply buried in some back page of a back page and hard to find. I've found that if I ask a specific question via e-mail, like so many other organisations they don't read it all, so fire off a pre-set spiel roughly about what they thought you might have been asking instead. If you can get through to someone on the phone who knows what you are talking about they they do try their best to supply the information, but you might have to wait a while for it.
When they want to change something, like the impending price increase, they will try and convince you that its what the public want, but there will be no evidence that they actually asked anybody what they wanted. I don't believe anyone actually wanted the Lotto plus 5 games, and they are now phasing them out when the lotto price increase happens and putting a positive spin on that as part of their "game improvements". I suppose that means its the same as any other lottery company then ?
