Hi Sheba ... I'm curious about your question actually more than the answer. Why do you think that powerball = LotteryBuddy?
and re LotteryBuddy - just a bit of background - buddy established a main Canadian - World, lottery web site back around the same time as LottoTutor. He is one of the elders of the online lotto industry ... same as myself and Sheba ... just check out her forums membership join date.

If you look at powerball's post history every other one references that site. And the discussion always preceeds an addition to that site. ex. odds, Ryo-Catteau draw machine.
He's the guy but won't admit it
and it could be that the original lotterybuddy because that site used to be called ebuddy or some such thing. - not sure though.

As I think it was you who once correctly said to me that I should read the posts here more in depth then I would have known.
Well if powerball is ebuddy then he could say and be just as welcomed here or if powerball or any member does not want to divulge a specific identity info then that is just as good as well.
