The Harmonized Hundred's sums range from 108 to 190. All possible sums for a 6/49 lottery range from 21 to 279 but (using Canada's Lotto 649 as the example) the sum range of 108 to 190 represents only 32% of all possible ranges while occurring in 78.5% of all Lotto 649 draws.



I found the percentage of combinations which sum range of 108 to 190 is 78.8%, not 32%.

Am I right ?

The possible ranges are based on the total numbers of possible sums - 259 different sums in all. There are 83 possible sums from 108 to 190 therefore the figure of 32.0% is calculated.

Yes, you are correct - the combinations where the sums fall between 108 to 190 number 11,024,466, or 78.8% of the total possibilities. But, allowing for the quoted range, more numbers will fall between 109 and 191 - 11,027,384, or 78.9% of all the possibilities.
