After 3 weeks of consecutives loses, I had change the strategy and approach in the Quebec 49 game, the new approach will be the use of 28 selected numbers only and play them in combinations for at least 6 draws, to select the combinations is a difficult task, we have to take in consideration that with 28 numbers in a 6/49 lotto you have to play 376 740 combinations to produce a 6 out of 6 (oh, just another detail you had to have the 6 winning numbers inside the 28 numbers first!!!), the cost of playing all of those combinations at 0.50c is only $188 370.00 I do not have at this moment that kind of money ready to gamble, so I will settle for 24 combinations at $12 per draw x 6 draws = $72.

Many people claim to have “secret numbers”, “better programs”, “optimized numbers” etc, etc, but none of those people ever has won a jackpot with those systems, they do not even win systematically every week, then they blame “the lottoman” and the conspiracy of the lotto corporations, none of them has ever think of the “odds”, you can have fun playing the numbers and with a little bit of luck make a lot of $$$, remember it’s just a game.

For the first draw of this bet the 28 numbers group catch 4 numbers right, however I got only 1 combination with 3 numbers for a $5 win, the bet of $198 (6 draws) - $5 = $193. I have 5 more draws to make a profit out of it.

The group of 11 numbers from Mr. morocco did not catch any numbers so his potential for next draw is huge, the 3 numbers in the combination come from the cover master play. Babar

My research point to strong show of the group numbers 10 to 20, and particular overdue draw of small numbers 01 to 30`s, this is call “Jump Back” since the tendency has been to higher numbers in the last 2 draws. My Quebec 49, Wednesday 17, 2006 forecast....

Well, I believe that last draw is the beginning of the power shift on the lotto numbers, that’s why I prepared my 28 numbers in a way that benefit from it, the patterns in the Quebec 49 are very swift and short, only the prepare mind can be lucky to catch the wave and put the surfing board on time.

I expect a draw with the groups 01 to 12 and 40 to 49 to catch 4 to 5 numbers and the majority of them in the lowest category 01 to 12, THE POWER SHIFT just began last draw and should stay for another 2 or 3 draws, with a minor adjustment in between, I also expect the group of 28 numbers to catch 3 to 5 numbers.

Well in the money department I got nothing this time, but the group of 28 numbers catch 3 numbers + bonus, I consider such a result as average and in this case no profitable at all.
