Quebec-49, the cold numbers wheel....

In a bitter cold evening in Montréal, looking trough the Lotto wheels board I rediscover a Robert Serotic’s wheel, I right away remember the “great grandpa” of lotto wheels, back in the 70’s and 80’s when books were king and lotto software were science fiction, so I made one more wheel using serotic’s system and choosing all the cold numbers in the Quebec-49 in contraposition to my previous wheels with top numbers, hot numbers, etc etc….the Robert Serotic wheel have 39 combinations I add 1 more combination in order to play $20 witch added to my previous $20 already played, make a final total of $40 bet for this Saturday night.
