I got a problem with Ladbrokes bookie 49s6 lotto.
On 13 Aug 2007, 3:57 AM UK time, I placed 2 bets 16&42 for 13 aug 2007 Lunchtime 1:00 PM. My two numbers pop up at Lunchtime.
As my bets were unsettled, I verified details in my account.
I was surprised because it was written that the bet were placed for two days later, 15 aug 2007.
Very strange because you cannot place bet by skipping 4 drawings (13 and 14 aug 2007). On Ladbrokes, you can bet for Lunchtime or Teatime or the two drawings together. You also can bet for consecutive drawings.
For example, you can bet for 13th,14th,15th for Teatime. You cannot bet on 13th aug for 15 aug. Its impossible. It is what I get on my Ladbrokes bet.
On 12th aug 2007, I bet at 10:29 Am for Lunchtime. Strangely the date of draw was void on my ticket. There were however no problem. My bet was settled for 12th aug Lunchtime.
Other problem I got on Ladbrokes is settlement of bets. Sometimes, it took 2 days before they settle your bet. When I asked them, they ask me if I had proof for that. I replied that the proof is on my account details history, on their database. I did not sent any other proof and they settled my bet.
So, all this seem very strange to me. I wait for Monday to see if they have mail me about my bets on 13th aug 07.
If they don't settle my bets, I'm going to file a complain against Ladbrokes.
Does anybody experienced such problems? Does anybody knows to whom I must send my complain? I think I must contact the lottery commission who looks after lotteries but I don't know their adress.
