I won't boycott but I'll just stew
Well I won't boycott the new 649 with its doubled ticket price, but I will try hard to cut the number of lines I play in half, such that my net bet stays the same as before. Bigtime bummer though. $10 used to get 10 lines; now it only gets you 5 lines.
Plus my luck with the new 649 has been lousy so far. Super 7 has always been kinder to me, with those frequent Free Plays and $10 wins stringing me along - oops I mean - keeping me in the game at least.
I think the new 649's $5 prize category is a complete insult. C'mon, what can you do with $5? Splurge on a 20-pack of Timbits and a large double-double.
Still, those jackpots starting at $4 million are nice.
