I was wondering if any one had come across an ebook, put out by Robert Reppy of 408 Grove,Laclede, MO, 64651-9161.
In his book, at no cost, he had instruction how to reduce the 1000 three number sets to a group of 36 that could be used to ones advantage. I tried to follow with what I thought was a translation of his instructions. It turned out to some to 137 #s. Someplace I misunderstood, Another thing is that as you noticed he was writing from MO, where the betting is somewhat different from that of ON. If someone is interested I could pass on his instructions and you could try your hand at it. I don't know how to give out the pages that I printed. There are a few of them and especially his instructions on how to bet the numbers or groups of numbers that he has calculated. If you can tell me how I can hand out these pages without all the typing I'd be glad to do so as long as I can have a share in the translation results.????

That is the one and the page is the matrix idea. If you have worked out his 36 numbers I would appreciate how it was laid out and then I would go ahead and work on it myself. Otherwise I find that the returns with what I have are enuff but not profictable. Thanks for finding the web page

However, I see know reason why it wouldn't work in Canada, as well.

I went through this old web page, looked at about half the pages. Evidently there's a system for sale there - different names, different addresses, same testimonials - for about $50.

In any event, if the system worked, the only difference would be the payouts and the payout percentages. Variables are the types of bets allowed - some, but not all, permit front pair, back pair and front/back options, some have box/straight options on the same ticket, etc. Payout percentages on Pick 3 games vary, usually between 48% and 60% and this system is listing payouts at the top of this scale. Your Mileage May Vary.

IMHO, the only way one can make money from this sort of thing is to sell the system rather than use it. No matter what system one uses, the odds of winning a straight bet in a Pick 3 game is 1 in 1,000 for each ticket bought. Period. I defy anyone to disprove that statement.
