First off--- Mirror states are entities(states) that share a group of numbers
and they pass-the hit- back and forth amongst themselves.

Having played the pick 3 Ohio for so many years, I cannot tell you what states belong to whom, I just know what to look out for and record that information. For instance, Ohio has- (Conn.Ks.Md.Wi.Pa.NY. and NM.).
I watch the three winning numbers then check the concerned states.
Next I will-check for mirrors from my states winner and run a line of probable wins. I have done a couple of things---Set a Tracking parameter and gained insight of a direction of number flow, plus, I have a degree of certainty as to what type win will be coming! Instead of 1,000 to 1 odds, I am playing a more practical---7 to 1.
