Percentage triger in lotto?

Hi I am new to Lotto systems but quite interested in it, so recently I have been researching a lot.
I have a question and would apreciate any help:

Ideally all numbers have same percentage of drawing ex: in 6/43 (the game I play) every number has possibility of 2.325%. I have results of 400 lotto draws and I devided them to every number with it's overall drawing percentage. The higest percentage was 3.22% and the lowest 1.40% but in average the percentages of numbers are all in same range of 1.9%-2.7%
As every lotto player I am pooling my best performing 15-20 numbers (the numbers with high percentages) and playing the game but if the idea is "most likely happens most often" as Gail Howard says, then why the percentage gap of those numbers is not growing, in fact, the more draws played the more closer those percentages are getting. If you consider this fact then the idea of best performing numbers pool is somewhat wrong! I mean it should be other way round (the least performing numbers should constitute the pool). Or perhaps I am taking it wrong!
Please help me with understanding this.

Assuming you have the resources you should just keep changing your 15/20 number pool ( based on different assumptions). Every draw is different.
Most draws have a mixture of high performing and low performing numbers.

I would like to test your system with 5/31 and 6/43 games, given this games have better odds than 6/49 your system might do really good.

Check it out, its mostly in japanese but I think you can easily understand it, if you dont please let me know
If your system can give me some combinations or pool of numbers to play with that would be great.
Its weekly draw game, I usually play 5 tckets at a time but for checking your system I can play up to 50 tickets per week.

Yes this is my favorite game its "Takarakuji Loto 6" although I play another one "Takarakuji Mini Loto" 5/31

Next draw is 5 days away, next Thursday

I usually play 5 tickets, but to test your system I cam play 50 tickets per draw for some time.

Thanks for analysis, its very helpful, I will try to use those analysis for next draw, By the way if you are interested in 5 ball games I have one for you too, i play mini lotto every week as well, its as Gail Howard says the lotto with smallest odds in the world 5/31. If you interested in analysing it I will send you the data.

I was analysing the whole history of draws, but you did for last 100 draw. Which one do you think is more effective long history or last 100 or so.

If you were me which numbers you would go for. I have my best performing numbers throughout all draw history: 3,4,6,8,9,11,13,17,18,20,23,27,28,30,31,35,36,37,38,39,40,41.
What do you think about these numbers? what numbers would you change if you were me?

Also do you consider bonus numbers in your analysis or am I wasting time analysing bonus numbers?
