Other 649 Games

Has anyone looking into other 649 games around the world and compared them to the Canadian 649 lottery game. I was checking out the UK 649 game and noticed that the jackpots are about 4 or more times bigger than the Canadian 649 game. IF the odds of winning are the same then it seems that even with the exchange rate you would be better to play UK 649 than Canadian 649.

Does anyone have other info on other non Canadian 649 games?

You could buy those but I would rather get into some US lottos for $USD - unfortunately they tax winnings.

Do you know if UK winnings are taxed?

My understanding is that it is the same as 649 in Canada. Lump sum and tax free. Not sure what the tax ramifications are of being a cnadian resident but the UK government doesn't tax it. If I won a multi million jackpot out side Canada I sure as hell wouldn't give any of it to the canadian government. I would put it in an offshore account before that happened.
