17 -38 = 12 passes but goal is quina
maximum one repetition the value 3 repeated in the 1st and last positions
then in the formations maximum repeat twice
then you do not need the 50 million because the last draw
it was not 00 00 00 00 00 00 and yes = 01 12 16 17 52 60
and even by increasing order greatly reduces
then the reference is the last one to the base.
