Ont Pick 4 Question

I am going to try Pick4 for a change seeing as Ontario Keno are cutting
and pasting results instead of using their random number generator.

Can anyone shed some light on Pick4 starting digit.
Why are combos starting with digit 3 so rare lately.
Is there some pattern to the starting digit however vague.
I did notice 2 being followed by 1 or 8 in a few cases ?

hi, dunno...for pick3 usually trackin number distribution by position will do the trick.

however, sometimes certain pick3/pick4 games seem like they are deliberately switched into revenue generation mode har har! I don't play when the draws are on the fringes of probability for a long time. much like what you are goin through with KENO I guess eh?
