Well, I'm gonna give it another try...
There is a good chance that we will have one missing decade after 3 skips.
Still waiting for the zero decade to miss -- zero decade has been present for the last 11 draws which is longer than 97% of similar streaks. But beware of the 3%! And we have 14 "out" digits in a row in the first position, so I'm looking for 9-13 or 16-20 in the first position.
The Fourties decade has also hit for 10 in a row, so it is also a good candidate for a miss.
Row 4 (4-11-18-25-32-39-46) might miss after 6 hits in a row and probably one other row -- perhaps Row 1(1-8-15-22-29-36-43), Row 2 (2-9-16-30-37-44) or Row 5 (5-12-19-26-33-40-47) although Row 5 might be less likely to miss again after missing the previous 4 draws.
The group of numbers which have skipped 11-15 draws may miss, as this group has been hitting above its average recently (19,26,44,49). We could also see 3 or 4 numbers from the group of numbers which have skipped zero to 4 games (1,2,3,4,7,10,11,12,18,20,21,22,23,24,25,28,29,34,37,39,41,42,43,45,46,48).
We could also see one or possibly two numbers that are + or -1 from the last draw numbers after getting none of these in the last draw.
The group of numbers with a root-sum of 8 have missed 8 draws, so we could see one of (8,17,26,35,44).
The last draw had no numbers that ended in 1,2,3,or 4, which only happens about 3.5% of the time, so we should see some final digits from this range in the upcoming draw, probably 2 or 3 numbers with this characteristic.
4 or 5 of the numbers should come from the group of numbers that haven't hit in the current cycle, with 1 or 2 coming from those that have hit (1,2,5,7,10,18,20,21,22,23,25,28,37,39,41,42,43,48). Of the latter group I would eliminate 43 (3 hits in a row, or 4 hits in a row if you count the Bonus).
For what its worth!
