The studio where the draws are held is not a large studio and due to the limited space a maximum of two guests can attend at one time. As the studio is privately owned, there are security measures in place to limit public access after hours. Although we do ask for two weeks notice, as there may be other guests who wish to view the draws, it is possible that the wait may be even longer; however we do our best to accommodate everyone.
As mentioned in my previous e-mail, all winners of $1,000 or more are posted on our website for 30 days. For your convenience I have included the link to the section of the web page where this information can be found.

It may also interest you to know that the OLG is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). You may wish to contact the AGCO at 1-800-522-2987, or visit their web site at www.agco.on.ca, regarding any concerns you may have about OLG operations.
