Have been going through a lot of old threads and a lot of good stuff was discussed by it appears a lot of those old forums members have gone AWOL.

What happened to Dennis Bassboss, Beaker, GillesD, Lengoudry and others.

GillesD's sudden absence has been the subject of much speculation, personally I fear the worst, I don't think he'll be back. Nick Koutras ..ditto.
I know Len Goundry he's a mate of mine, runs his own forum in the UK.
PAB, is probably still around, I suspect he got fed up with being in high demand.

Dennis Bassboss and Beaker, with some others, left to start their own forum. The last time I checked it was no longer operating, so don't know what they are up to now.

Good luck!

Thanks Icewynd and Frank for the reply.

Dennis Barrboss was working on something he called Announcers do either of you have a grasp of what it was and what it does.

The idea of "announcers" is to identify a trigger in one draw for a particular event in a future draw. For example, a certain number or configuration of numbers might indicate that a pair will repeat or a decade will go missing or some other exploitable feature of the lottery.

A limited application of this idea is the concept of "followers" -- if 10 comes out, then play 20, 30 or 40 next draw. Frank's Markov Chain spreadsheet is a much more sophisticated interpretation of this concept.

Good luck!

Thanks Icewynd for that brief explanation. I had implemented a limited number of triggers in my system but have done away with a few of them as they were not yielding what I had expected they would.

Which of the Canadian Lotto Draws do you do analysis on.

By the way I live in Australia so if I can offer any ideas that help you win your lotto then that would be great.

Hi Icewynd again :)

I forgot to add in my last post the pattern I am working of using the last 3 skips for each ball. For our last Saturday Lotto draw it came up with 14 numbers of which 5 where drawn as main balls. I think with a little more refinement and thought I can possibly get that number down to 10 balls to chose from.

If you are interested in skip patterns you might try googling Ion Saliu. I think he used to look at strings of past skips. His stuff used to be free, but he might be charging now, not sure. Oh, and not easy to understand, but worth the digging.

Good luck!

Doug_w...

Hello there, Doug_w,

And how are you? I have read here that you wonder about many things!
First off, I am a three ball player and though you are not one, surely you
know that information from one game can be morphed for another games use? Look into what I produce and see if maybe something can be salvaged!
I do not talk techno or use atomic theory but some of the info smacks of four
ball, five ball and six ball usage. It does because for years I've been using some three ball concepts to produce some pretty good wins. My friend, I believe in a very simple approach to any game.

Later,
