There was a major ball change agression by our state today
as was observed by the super random ball picks for this morning.
The winner was...911... and should have been one of the three sets that were posted today or at least the pairs would have come thru.

When I've played and tracked as long as me (many years) a person gets to know a given something, whatever it may be and knows the different "feelings" that are associated with how the numbers are played.
As for..."it's bad when therez a major ball change correct?"...Not necessarily so! What it does mean is that a player should sit out for a couple days and try to get a handle or feel for how the numbers are falling. If you have a good setup then when you compare your thoughts (predictions) against some other players of the same game and watch the outcome (winning numbers) wether the other players get the win or not or wether you get the winning numbers or not; you will get an approximate idea of where the numbers are going. From that standpoint you will know how to play or wait.
