This new program that I am writing is having a balance of numbers problem.
Eventually it will hit like it's supposed to. You folks have seen single number set predictions from my posts and so far they are either one rank of digits off or one number. Plain and simply, this is a balance problem. Same situation for tonights pick 3...winner is 930...I predicted...006...which is one ranking down from my setup.
