Hi username,
Welcome to the bulletin board. I do not know where there is a database of all of the possible combinations. It would be enormous ... almost 14 million combos.
You could try one of the wheel generation programs and set it to a full wheel for all 49 numbers and that wopuld produce the combos. Don't hit the print button though
If you are looking for a smaller wheel to cover all 49 numbers there is a 168 ticket wheel posted in these forums.
