Therefore, it seems to me at the first sight that assumed value of those free tickets -quick picks may go as high as more than 60% of the Jackpot money, when Jackpot is 2.5 mill

What are free tickets? Is that a kind of promotion that game provides for free, or is it part of the 45% payout that goes to players?

yah, i played them, but only ended up with 2 $10.00 winners, a couple of free plays, and one line which had 5/7 plus the bonus.....the other lines all had the sixth number....ah well, let's see what happens next week... way to go,looks like you got a few, also.
