In your example, what you have done is this:

from all the possible combos, starting at 1,2,3, ...9,10, you selected ones at a fixed interval of 82324605506 points.

Quickly looking at other selections on your site they all seem to use some fixed interval. This supports your statement that it is not random, but I don't see why you'd do that, what is the advantage if any?

Basically what you have is a sequential combo selector/generator.

I think that there is an advantage. If for example winning numbers are: 9; 11; 12; 19; 24; 35; 36; 50; 55; 57 that means that it is at point 1120219871579 (between bet 14 and 15). That means that I'm sure that my bets are maximally in a half length of 82324605506.
This example maybe is not good but it could works good for large amount of bets.
In a smaller no of balls and draws you could better approximate number of winning bets. Or in other words smaller standard deviation from the range of winning bets.
