Hello Madam
There is no such thing as a winning programme. Supposing you invented a winning programme and offered it for sale. What would be the point? If it was a winning programme you would not have to sell it as you, the inventor, would make your fortune from it. Every now and again I get e-mails offering fantastic methods for making money on Betfair betting on horses. This does not make sense. If the designer of these "fantastic" programmes were making a truckload of cash why would they offer it for sale? If the programmes were any good, they would lower the odds and hit the inventor's profits. So offering these programmes for sale does not make sense.
All a good lottery programme can do is to lower the odds for you. This can be done very easily but the odds would still be pretty horrific.
