That site is in desperate need of a proofreader, it looks like a three year old wrote it (the words, not the graphics).
Furthermore, it will be very interesting to find out what the Lottery Gaming Corp. has to say about this claim that they have been "teamed up with" the mentioned site. My guess is that no such teams were ever formed, but I'll leave it to the OLGC to contact the site owner/admin via legal channels if that is the case.
Now I have to go back and read that one more time. Now I just can't get enough of how every sentence starts with "now", and how it's all about "them numbers".
Edit: upon further investigation, this is a US based scam. It has absolutely nothing to do with Canadian lotteries. I've taken screen-captures of most pages on the site and will be forwarding them to OLGC. They can take it from there.
