MDIEditor and Lotto

I downloaded the MDIEditor and Lotto program, but can not get it to function.
It seems like a good one by the descriptions at the site .

It gives the number of draws between drawings for each of the numbers drawn. (whew)

If any of you can get it running, let me know how.
Otherwise, is there another program that does the same function(s)?

Picard, Lotto Pro 2000 does have that function in statistics, showing the last 25 draws.

Then those would be the numbers in brackets in the 'hot' and 'cold' columns in Lotto Pro.

I want to know how many draws it's been since a number has come up. Is that what it shows?
