Maximum Overlap-Profit Maximazation

Anyone have a 3 if 4 out of 18 number wheel with maximum
overlap?

The minimal cover 18,6,3,4 =25 "just does not cut it"!!!

The whole purpose of wheeling is to MAXIMIZE THE TOTAL
NUMBER of prize winning tickets(while concurently reducing
the odds).

That seems very reasonable. To hit 4 in 18 is either possible to get frequently as a good result and if with a few more lines you double your prize that's a good idea. Perhaps Nick can give you a 18,6,3,4=30 L=2.. perhaps.

I agree with the above. Over 25 can start you on the way to 4/4...
