Yes that is a good way to purchase online tickets but that is determined by your location.
For example if you live in Canada it may not be the best buy option for your 649 ticket purchases, as most players can just go down to the corner store and buy them there but for anyone wishing to play a non accessible lottery, then this would be the best way to do that.
