LT - Cannot View Threads in Design Library

I had Forgotton my Password, so I Filled in my email Address and was sent the Information to Reset it. I Followed the Subsequent Instructions and Everything went OK, But I am Still Unable to Access the Threads in the Design Library, what am I doing Wrong Please. It Just Tells me that there have been NO Posts in that Forum in the Last 30 Days. I Even Logged Out and Logged Back In.

I Suppose I am a Bit Impatient. It was Only Because there were 3 Or 4 Threads that Showed up when I Viewed New Topics, and I Naturally Assumed that I could View them.
