lotto software pick chose all numbers

Lottery is 649, picking 6 numbers out of 49.
I want the software to use one number i pick say #7 throughout then find all of the combinations of 5 out of 48 available numbers. Then filter out all winning numbers that start with 7 in the past. How many combos will there be? And what free software will do that job. I'm using Ion Saliu version 3.1 and Lotto X-Press v1.3 also Anagrammista lotto 649 statistics v2.01.

There are 1,712,304 Combinations of 5 Numbers from 48 Numbers.
If you have Excel, I could Probably ( Time Permitting ) Produce a Macro that will Generate ALL the Combinations for you, Regardless of the DN ( Designated Number ) Number that you Choose.
As Far as Eliminating Previous Draw Results with Respect to your Comment …
All I will say on this, is that EVERY Combination for EVERY Draw has an Equal Chance of Being Drawn. Basically, the Balls have NO Memory. Therefore I Personally, would NOT Include the Scenario of Eliminating Previous Draw Results into my Structure.
