Full Generator Maybe??

I am not 100% sure if this is the right program but if it is it can generate all the combinatons
but you may have to do 3 sets..
I did it this way few years ago and can't remember if this was the program I used.
It do take up alot of space and needs 2 cd's to store..

I understand you are looking for a full wheel generator.
What is the total number of balls played in the game? Any particular chosen number/s to full wheel?
How many numbers to a set required? 2, 3 4 5, up till 10 perhaps?
Just curious and asking if I can find one for you??
