The statistics of the wheel below and the one
you found at Peter's site have some significant differences.
The wheel below:
1. It is a 3if4 100%
2. It is a 3if5 with L=2 100%
3. It is a 3if6 with L=4 100%
4. Better 4if5 coverage, better 4if6 coverage.

Even the one I originally posted for you has better coverage
of the one you posted.

All wheels are not equal!

and adding to them the supplement of the remaining
hits.
03,11,22,27,37,40,41,45 are the BPS
32,20,47,34,29,16,28,05 are the supplement,
for a total of 15 numbers
