Hi johnph77
It depends on how detailed info you looking for
Ex: last weeks results
5 tickets won the jack pot and each ticket got about 1 million $,

21 tickets won 5+bonus they got 150000$ each
650 tickets got 5 or 4+bonus and got about 7000$ each
some 40846 tickets won 100$ each (I was one of them!)
and lastly some 666,072 tickets won 10$ prices
total sum given away in prizes is about 50 million $ each week, the price of one ticket is about 1,75$, a bit expensive but hey whats cheap in Japan
But I have no idea how many tickets are played nationwide.
Does this give some general idea about lotto 6/43?

It sounds like lotto 6/43 is more people oriented than 6/49 as you have almost double the chance, or is it just an image? what do you think?

It might seem that I am asking simple questions, it is because I am new to lotto, I just started 3 weeks ago and already won 100$ spending 10$ so I am very exsited, please help me with some more info.

Thank you
Thank you

I’m glad you posted this since made me doing a bit search about Japanese lotteries abut which I’ve known nothing, and what I found so far is quite astonishing…..

-6/43 + bonus lottery game has very good odds and excelent prizes…

-Mini lotto (5/31) has particularly good odds and good prizes…

Also, it seems additionally to these two beauties there is a game available to you that runs several times a year where prize fund is nearly half billion US$ (in yen) each time, and where chances for a win are something like 1: 9....... :eek2:

However, regarding your question about programs and such…..I never tried it, but a lot of people said they had a lot of fun using Gail Howard stuff. She explained something about almost each lottery at her site, so at least you may have some fun while reading, and using her strategies. Just google Gail Howard Japan Lotto.

Still, IMO , you have good odds games worth playing and having fun without any strategies…

:goodluck:

Well, no tricks no gimmicks is only way of expected customer service, especially if you hold a unique license for something.

Not sure what is name in Japanese for that big game, and wondered how haven’t heard for such game before, just found about it after first time did search about Japanese lotteries. At lest you must have heard for Japanese Jumbo draws. It might be Jumbo takarakuji , or such … it seems that game makes tons of people millionaires each time…

Yes I know Jumbo Takarakuji, it is a lottery but not loto, yes it makes hips of people millionaires, I am hoping to become one :)

Thanks for Gail Howard tip, I checked her site and learned alot, the fact that lotto 5/31 has the smallest odds in the world made my case stronger, I will keep analizing and playing every week from now on. The 5 number prize is little over 100000$, thats is not bad for spending 10$ per week is it?
Also if you know any wheeling system I can apply for 5/31 can you please share it with me?
I tried nicolai's 6/49 prediction method but I couldnt fit niether to 6/43 nor to 5/31.

Cheers, TOMTOM.

You have some really attractive games, with really good odds and prizes…. but still take a good care when playing. Primarily, count only on some sure fun.

And about wheels… you may find many wheels and or links to them at this board.

Don’t forget also to check Peter’s wheels web pages. For 6/43 you may try

And here is link where you can find wheels you may try in the 5/31 game
