How can I find out how many people serve on the commission, if they are appointed and by whom, and their salaries? Is there a web site giving access to this information or is it confidential?

I think tango101 was asking about the Lottery Commission that monitors the drawings. Don't know what is the situation abroad, but in Croatia the Commission has members from various institutions like Ministry of finance, the lottery itself, Justice of Law, etc and the drawings are broadcasted live so everything is transparent.

I,m talking about those people who set all the rules, ticket prices, decide what percentage of the take is paid out etc.
