Hi everyone...there is some serious information to be had on this site.... l use it for the 'scenario's'..odds/even, total sum, total range analysis just for starters... they have managed to hit 5 balls on a regular basis and hit all 6 once... some of the information is very very good to say the least...definately worth a look...

EVENS/ODDS

IFANY ONE WANTS TO KNOW WHAT THE ODDS EVENS HAVE BEEN LIKE SINCE 1993 I HAVE A SMALL SPREAD SHEET SHOWN WHAT HAS BEEN DRAWN. IT IS INTERSETING TO NOTE OUT OF 1039 DRAWS 80% ARE IN THE 4/2 OR 3/3 OR 2/4 (FIRST ONE BEING EVEN SECOND NUMBER BEING ODD). THEREFORE IF YOU ARE TAKING 1 ODD OR 1 EVEN YOUR CHANGES OF WINNING OR VERY POOR. tHER IS NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SAT. OR WED. DRAW OVER THE LAST TEN YEARS.:read:

Odd / Even split

Whether you use the last 1039 draws or the full history of Lotto 6/49, you can fairly well find what are the percentages for each Odd/Even ratio. Just use the theorical values for each Odd/Even possibility; this can easily be calculated or obtained from many sites.

The following table provides for each ratio the following information: the Odd/Even ratio, the number of times it occured in 1983 draws, the percentage, the theorical number of times it should have happened and the theorical percentage.

A...0./.6...........17.....00.9%...........19.....01.0%
B...1./.5.........155.....07.8%.........151.....07.6%
C...2./.4.........459.....23.1%.........452.....22.8%
D...3./.3.........639.....32.2%.........660.....33.3%
E...4./.2.........498.....25.1%.........495.....25.0%
F...5./.1..........198.....10.0%.........181.....09.1%
G...6./.0...........17......00.9%..........25.....01.3%

As data shows, there is not much difference between actual values and theorical values and this is true for most statistics you can think of.

Overall for 1983 draws, not counting the bonus number, odd numbers have come out 6074 times and even numbers 5824 times. The theorical values can easily be calculated:

- for odd numbers: 1983 x 6 x 25 / 49 = 6070
- for even numbers: 1983 x 6 x 24 / 49 = 5828
(data being rounded to 0 decimals)

And with bonus included so far...
odd/even
0/7----006 times
1/6----073 times
2/5----307 times
3/4----528 times
4/3----600 times
5/2----358 times
6/1----103 times
7/0----008 times
