In normal keno all you have to go on is what has been played before, but what do you do now? Obviously the WSL doesn't want keno players to be able to look at their keno game as a continuous series of games as it is at every other gambling venue. This is the one, tiny 'edge' that every keno player in the world has and while it isn't much, The WSL has made sure that you and I don't have even that! They want the NEXT game to be from an altogether DIFFERENT keno game! The natural randomness of keno is not good enough for them, no, they and they alone want to make keno even HARDER to win!!
Maybe that sparcity of hits in the lower-left-corner of the keno board in the last six or seven games was the result of only two of the three systems. Who knows? They don't want us to know..they don't want the normal continuity that has been inherent in Keno since it began! Maybe one of the systems hasn't been picked for awhile. Now you bet a bunch on some combinations in the lower-left-corner and guess what? The third system, the one that wasn't picked recently gets picked for tonight's game and it ignores the heck out off the lower-left-corner, too. Then it is picked for a couple more games, and all the while you are betting more and more on that darn lower-left-corner because you have rarely seen such a streak of sparcity before, but it continues to be 'ignored'! The result: all of these bets are losers, for you...but the state makes out like a bandit.
