THERE WAS NO WINNERS LAST NIGHT, BUT INSTEAD OF GOING TO 10 MILLION THE WAY IT USUALY DOES
ITS ONLY GOING TO 9 MILLION!!
COULD THIS BE CUT BACKS ALREADY BECAUSE OF LOWER SALES !!??

Shirazbai........I'll bet that's exactly the case. You can be sure that disgruntled lotto649 players have been burning up bandwidth to the OLGC over the falsely advertised Jackpot from last Wednesday. I don't know if there are legal ramifications when an "estimated" prize fails to reach its' mark, but certainly when you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in advertising on the New 649 and suddenly its' not reaching targets, it's obviously a lottery in trouble. The Company line will be a seasonal drop in sales being the reason for diminished sales. I think it's more than that.

Wether you like it or not the dance unfold again yesterday...A 4 hitters...
But I have respect for the dying...and this lotto is dying slowly....So I am no longer playing it...And I didn't play it yesterday...

Yep, it sure did... ...I managed a 4 hitter (no big deal, just a fluke) in ten sets played. You have to be insane to play large wheels in this one... ...a small one is about it or not play at all like you.

Thanks, more of a fluke, almost close to a Quick Pick the way it mostly turned out... ...I figured nothing from decade 00 was due and 10 was the lowest hitter... ...one repeater was called correctly too.

Yes. 9M is a cut back from lower sales. Sales were up when the jackpot was 10M, but once it went back down to 4M, the game lost a lot of its appeal.

649 has everything to do with the jackpot. Until the jackpot surpasses the 26M benchmark set in Sept. 1995, the game is never going to be popular, especially at $2 a ticket for one sequence.

I know the guys at ILC want 649 to be popular like Powerball or MegaMillions, but they're going to have to make the game more fun for the customer. The only way they can do it is by giving two or maybe three sequences for $2, like Super 7. Or maybe they should set it up where you can win a free ticket or $2 if you simply get two numbers.
