Just wanted to know if I was really a winner, l have never heard of this lotto.

... you didn't say which lotto ... BUT don't post a link if that's what it was, because you may inadvertently post either a spam or a scam link which we don't want here.

If it came to you unsolicited ... in other words, if you did not buy it on your own or you did not ask for it ... don't walk but RUN away from it cuz they're after your money.

You will not only NOT see a red cent but you stand a good chance of being fleeced, badly. NEVER pay upfront money for things like admin. fees if asked, NEVER divulge personal info like account numbers, etc.

IF they really want to give you the cash there MUST be no strings attached .... which is an unlikely scenario.

If it sounds too good to be true ... well, you know the rest of that saying.
