Is there a way to win Pick 3 EVERY drawing?

Of course not. No one has figured out how to win a single pick 3 drawing. If you bought 999 tickets each day, then you would win every time, but it would cost $999 and I think you only make around $300 for a win, so it isn't worth it.

you are a little off on your numbers. in a given pick three lottery there is 1000 not 999 possible. then again most of the pick three type pay about 50%.
One i know of pays 60%. so even if you play 1k dollars every bet in the best
instance you are TOTALLY corrrect that you will lose at least 400 each and every drawing.

Yes,
There is a way (many ways) to win daily on any three ball type games! As you no doubt have read what was said in the above replys which, irregardless of numbers correctness, they are right to state, "that you will receive about half of the monies that you spend for a win but you will receive half of the winning payouts." Eg., A super computerized program can not predict precise numbers.(A human free thinker has the same problem.) Yet, a very good simple program can give you a best guess scenerio with probability built in. What this implies is that you can get a group of number sets and within those sets that will or maybe will give you a win. Did you notice the word "maybe?"
There is more education to be found trying to outwit this game than you would learn going for a Masters Degree and paying cash for each course. there is however, different ways to spend small amounts of cash to get more of the winning action.
Here's one way to get an advantage for the threeball game ...
Buy your ...auto picks...but buy each ticket separately (one three number game per ticket and buy it as a...straight/box...if you win you may get this winner both as a box bet and a straight bet. Caution, The straight part of this bet means that the numbers must be in exact order of call because if not then you will only receive the BOX portion. In Ohio as in many other states, this type bet pays $500.00 for a non-doubles win and it also pays $83.00 for the for box part or a total of $583.00. The cost is $2.00 each single bet. In Ohio the strongest reason not to buy any more than one ticket per bet is that the computer tends to give you what is called ...series numbers. Eg., 123, 234, 345, etc. There is a rare outside chance of getting a win whereas, a single slip bet forces the computers to give a wide range of possibilities.
Good hunting!

Strategy must now change from static system to dynamic systems to catch big.
I like digital numbers in sections or ranges!
